Our beloved country Malaysia is well-known for its rich and diverse culture. This, in turn, means we have plenty of stories to tell and many customs and cultures to display.

Surprisingly, even many locals are not aware of these museums. With the school holidays and year-end celebrations on the horizon, it would be a good time to pay a visit to at least a few of them.

October is the month of Halloween and you might feel a spooky atmosphere during this period. If you want to learn more about ghosts and ghouls from around the world then the Ghost Museum in Penang is the place to be. There are themed ghost stories featuring mannequins here and also costumes for visitors to wear. Admission fee is RM18 for local adults and RM8 for children.
